Our over-sized powder coating line provides us with the capacity to handle both very large parts and very high volume runs.  The equipment can handle parts as large as 3 feet wide by 4 feet high by 12 feet long.  The environmentally friendly closed loop water treatment system prevents effluent discharge into the municipal public services.  Our computerized cure rate monitoring system ensures that parts are properly coated providing optimal corrosion resistance.
