Assurance Department
whose job is to ensure that
our products are up to the
customers standards. Quality
control is in the hands of
the individual employee. They
are responsible for their parts
being made to the customers
specification. However,
we recognize that employees
are only human and errors will
occur. As a safety net
our Quality Assurance Department
uses several systems to detect
and correct these errors at
the source preventing bad parts
from ever getting out the door.
Our
Discrepant Materials Report
is an extremely comprehensive
company wide reporting and
analysis system for managing
non-conforming materials whether
caused by internal processing,
out-sourced parts, or purchased
goods and services. The
DMR database provides us the
ability to quickly identify
and correct systematic patterns
in erroneous parts and materials. The
comprehensive nature of the
database allows us to analyze
the root cause of problems
and truly correct them.
